Entry to the Venue: Please refer to the site map.
There will be two (2) entrances to the venue. The Main East Gate is located on the northeast side of the venue, next to the Shadbolt Centre. This entry will be open to patrons with tickets and those picking up tickets at Ticketmaster "Will Call"; also located at this gate.

The West Gate is located on the northwest side of the venue. This entrance will be restricted to ticket and TicketFast holders only.

Both entrances feed from Deer Lake Avenue where signage will assist you in finding the appropriate access to the site.

Onsite Services & Facilities

First Aid
Marked First Aid tents will be located on both the east and west side of the site.

Disability Access
A designated seating area for any patron requiring wheelchair, ADA, or special seating consideration will be located on site. If you are in need of seating in this special needs area at Deer Lake Park, please contact Ticketmaster at 604-280-4444 with your confirmation number from your ticket order and they will make arrangements for you to sit in this area. Food and Beverages
There will be a variety of food and beverage options on site.

Alcoholic Beverages (Cash only)
Beer stations are located on the site.
Pricing is $6.00 per drink, we offer beer and Strongbow Cider.
Only 2 drinks served per person at one time.
Beer Service closes approximately when the headliner starts.
We are required by law to ask ANYONE who looks under 25 years of age for two pieces of ID.
Two pieces of ID required: First piece must have name, date of birth, photo and signature, second piece must have name and photo or signature.
All people consuming alcohol must have a DAV wristband on, (drinking age verified).

ATM
We will have two (2) ATM units on site.

Public Phones
One public telephone is located on the plaza at Main East Gate.
